They will be responsible for implementing and executing the commercial and marketing strategy, managing sales and marketing activities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the commercial and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
- Manage and coordinate all sales and marketing activities across German-speaking Switzerland
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular visits and effective communication
- Monitor market trends and insights, reporting key information to the Swiss Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Background in commercial sales or relevant industries, such as outdoor environment, wine-growing, agricultural business, or landscaping
- Native Swiss German speaker with fluent written and spoken German; good level in French and English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
