Career Opportunities

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our global team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.




  • Develop, produce, and program marketing materials and tools, such as capabilities presentations, insights, innovations, fragrances, and trends into differentiating x-category propositions.
  • Collaborate on foresight and insight knowledge development and deployment.
  • Support and/or drive the execution of events, including corporate events and tradeshows.
  • Assist in the development of material for executive presentations and preparations.
  • Plan, program, and produce communication campaigns and creative content aligned to marketing/communication strategy.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communication.
  • Fragrance or beauty experience is highly preferred.
  • A college degree.
  • Specialization in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Business, Management is a plus.
  • You must be able to build relationships and work effectively in a global matrix/network.
  • You should be able to work across all levels of the organization, from junior to upper management levels.
  • You should have superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • You should have presentation skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and an eye for design.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must, and French conversational is preferred.
