As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing a groundbreaking crypto accounting tool that streamlines the management of crypto clients for traditional accountants.

This innovative software aims to bridge the gap between blockchains and accounting systems, enabling seamless transaction movement.

Your collaboration with our CEO will focus on identifying business growth opportunities and driving projects to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO to enhance operational efficiency and process optimization within the company.
  • Investigate and capitalize on business growth potential across various areas, including location, channel, and product.
  • Utilize expertise to introduce new products and services (MVPs), evaluating their performance post-launch.
  • Assess existing structures and processes, proposing improvements and solutions to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide support to the CEO in the day-to-day operation of the business.
Requirements
  • Student currently enrolled and seeking an internship opportunity.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university is not mandatory; success in the role is more important than academic pedigree.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Show a willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate a hands-on mentality.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities at various levels.
  • Fluency in English is essential (German is a plus).
  • Aptitude for learning and growing with the company is crucial.

This 6-month unpaid internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a Web3 startup, potentially leading to full-time employment based on performance.

Part-time arrangements are possible while pursuing studies, allowing students to balance academic responsibilities with professional growth.
