- A bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university is not mandatory; success in the role is more important than academic pedigree.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Show a willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate a hands-on mentality.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities at various levels.
- Fluency in English is essential (German is a plus).
- Aptitude for learning and growing with the company is crucial.
