About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team at Lotus Partners. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background and significant experience in corporate law, contract law, and insurance law.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Swiss bar exam or a complete academic legal background (Bachelor's and Master's degrees) with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in corporate law, contract law, and insurance law.
  • Proficiency in office tools, including email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in French, good knowledge of English, and German.
  • Excellent drafting skills and ease with accounting concepts.
  • Ability to handle files autonomously and proactively, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Discretion, diplomacy, team spirit, and resilience under stress.
  • Stable, positive, conscientious, and solution-oriented personality.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
