Process Engineer

Tandem Diabetes Care Switzerland Sàrl is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and industrialization of our next-generation insulin patch pump, SigiTM.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize industrial processes for the manufacturing of SigiTM, from proof of concept to manufacturing startup and certification.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to ensure seamless product industrialization.
- Define robust manufacturing processes, carry out process development tasks, and develop manufacturing equipment specifications for suppliers.
- Participate in commissioning, start-up, and performance testing phases, and lead projects related to process development and industrialization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Material Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- +5 years' work experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Project management experience.
