Process Engineer

Tandem Diabetes Care Switzerland Sàrl is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, industrialization, and manufacturing of our next-generation insulin patch pump, SigiTM.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize industrial processes for the successful industrialization of products.
- Carry out process development tasks, including defining process setups for manual and semi-automated manufacturing.
- Develop manufacturing equipment specifications for suppliers and participate in the commissioning, start-up, and performance testing phases.
- Lead projects linked to process development and industrialization, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage third-party suppliers and create or organize required documentation.
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Material Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- +5 years' work experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Project management experience and fluency in French, with excellent knowledge of English and German highly appreciated.
