TN Switzerland is committed to improving the health and well-being of workers across the Americas. As a Public Health Advocate, you will play a key role in promoting healthy workplaces and preventing work-related illnesses and injuries.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to Member States in developing and implementing effective strategies to protect workers' health. This will involve collaborating with government agencies, workers' unions, and other stakeholders to identify and address emerging occupational health issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing training programs for healthcare professionals and workers on occupational health and safety
- Conducting research and analysis on emerging occupational health issues and their impact on worker health and productivity
- Collaborating with international partners to develop and implement global standards for workplace health and safety
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about improving the health and well-being of workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, occupational health, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
