Job Description

The Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients. This involves providing timely updates on order status, managing client correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will participate in stock-keeping and inventory management to optimize sales performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering products to sales associates on time

• Providing regular updates on order status and delivery arrangements

• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring efficient communication

• Supporting sales associates in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of store stock to drive sales growth

• Participating in inventory management and loss prevention procedures to safeguard inventory integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Proficiency in English, German, and Italian (both spoken and written) is essential, with additional languages being an asset. You should also have experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands, as well as a strong drive to provide outstanding customer experiences.
