Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in St. Moritz.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience in our stores by providing sales administration and support to the sales team. This includes delivering on time the required items to the Sales Associates and participating in the maintenance and stock keeping of the store.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver on time the required items to the Sales Associates.
  • Provide updates to the Sales Associates with respect to the order status and delivery arrangement.
  • Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele book.
  • Suspend if something is missing, promptly informing the supervisor.
  • Support the Sales Associates in maintaining them updated about the store stock to optimize sales.
  • Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store.
  • Comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure integrity of inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence via email, phone calls, or letters.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of the sale.
Requirements
  • Commitment and strong drive to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a team.
