Senior Power Electronics Engineer for Medium Voltage Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in supporting clients in the realization of their medium voltage projects.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on testing, verification, and validation of power electronics systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test systems, equipment, and infrastructure related to validation and qualification of power electronic components and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical systems for medium voltage applications
- Collaborate with suppliers to specify components and define technical requirements
- Perform type and qualification tests to ensure system reliability and safety
- Support series testing and production to meet client needs
- Act as a technical contact for customers to address their requirements and provide solutions
- Prepare technical documentation required for projects, including reports and specifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or college in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in R&D experimentation, testing, validation, and certification of power electronic systems
- Expertise in test systems, equipment, and infrastructure related to validation and qualification of power electronic components and subsystems
- Fluency in written and spoken English; German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel sporadically for project work
