Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at Grace La Margna St Moritz. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for managing payroll data, calculating wages and benefits, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
• Calculate wages, benefits, daily allowance, social securities, and tax deductions
• Manage sickness and accidents employees cases with corresponding registration to the insurance
• Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries and questions and resolving concerns
• Ensure social securities and taxes comply with company and regulations
• Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
• Keep monthly overview and supervision of employee work hours and assuring that regulations are respected by Head of Departments
• Collect and manage payroll information as confidential data
• Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management
• Preparing and sending income statements
• Support the HR department in several administration tasks

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
