Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Grace La Margna St Moritz. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for managing payroll and administrative databases, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
- Calculate wages, benefits, daily allowance, social securities, and tax deductions
- Manage sickness and accidents employees cases with corresponding registration to the insurance
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries and questions and resolving concerns
- Ensure social securities and taxes comply with company and regulations
- Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
- Keep monthly overview and supervision of employee work hours and assuring that regulations are respected by Head of Departments
- Collect and manage payroll information as confidential data
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management
- Preparing and sending income statements
- Support the HR department in several administration tasks
- Become a pioneer for the first hotel opening to happen in 100 years in St. Moritz in this segment
