About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to assume a technical leadership role in designing, implementing, and deploying innovative solutions with tangible business impact at Visium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms that empower our clients to drive meaningful value from their data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning or Data Scientist or in a relevant role.
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks and tools in Python, including Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and huggingface/transformers.
  • Proficiency in Software Development best practices, including Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in applying deep learning approaches, such as recurrent and convolutional neural networks and transformer models.
  • Experience with MLOps best practices and tools, including dvc, MLFlow, tfX, and Kubeflow.
  • Experience developing and deploying ML solutions using Cloud services, including AWS Sagemaker, GCP, and Azure ML.
  • Familiarity with REST API and microservices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Data and AI platforms, including Databricks, Dataiku, and Snowflake, or an associated Data Engineer certification.
  • Experience working in a client-facing or consulting role.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models and tools, including langchain, OpenAI API, and LLama2.
  • Familiarity with web development, including React, FastAPI, and Flask.
