Proxy Product Owner for Customer Portal

In this exciting role, you will be the key interface between the responsible product owner and the product team, ensuring that the product vision and requirements are communicated effectively.
You will represent the product owner to the team, supporting them in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and requirements management.
As a product owner, you will be responsible for describing user stories in detail and implementing them together with the development team.
You will play a key part in helping us develop the customer portal in a data-driven, customer-centric manner, implementing the strategy and working actively on integrating exciting projects into the customer portal.
As the contact person for technical and operational enquiries, you will be at the cutting edge, monitoring trends, best practices, and innovations in the area of digital channels and incorporating them into the further development of the customer portal.
You will have a university degree in informatics or business informatics and have a keen interest in technology.
You will have experience as a business analyst or product owner in an agile environment and be confident in recording, structuring, and implementing business requirements.
As a team-oriented, flexible personality, you will be committed, proactive, and motivated, with a calm and agile mindset.
You will have very good spoken and written German and good knowledge of English, with any other national language being an advantage.
