We are seeking a highly qualified academic to join our team as an Associate Professor in Retail Marketing. The successful candidate will have expertise in behavioral sciences and digital transformation, with a strong research background in retail marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Teach at all levels, including executive education, with a focus on digitally transforming the retail landscape
- Conduct research in retail marketing, with a strong empirical background in behavioral sciences and digital transformation
- Develop and teach innovative courses on retail marketing, with a focus on digital transformation
- Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to the development of the retail lab
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Retail Marketing or a related field (e.g. psychology, decision science)
- Extensive experience in Retail Marketing, with a strong research background in behavioral sciences and digital transformation
- Experience in quantitative research methods, including experimental research and new interdisciplinary techniques
- Track record of publications in internationally recognized journals
- A stimulating research environment with a professional behavioral research lab
- A large network of companies for field studies
- A triple accredited university (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA)
