Senior IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team at Coopers Group AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, particularly in the analysis of service management processes.
About the Role:As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engaging with stakeholders to identify and capture their requirements, analyzing and documenting business needs to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
- Process Modeling and Improvement: Creating process models to document and understand current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Solution Design and Validation: Working with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with technological capabilities, validating solutions through testing to ensure they meet specified requirements and function as intended.
- Stakeholder Communication and Management: Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring all parties are kept informed of project progress and changes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparing detailed documentation of business requirements, process maps, use cases, and other relevant materials, creating and presenting reports and updates to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Generalist knowledge about top floor and shop floor processes, data models, IT/OT architectures and systems, including integrations.
- Excellent Service Management knowledge.
- Proven experience in pharma manufacturing processes.
- Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes.
- GMP/GxP/CSV experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict management skills.
- Analytical, structured, empathic, quality-conscious, target-oriented.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
