Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and capture their requirements
- Analyze and document business needs to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals
- Create process models to document and understand current business processes
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with technological capabilities
- Validate solutions through testing, ensuring they meet specified requirements and function as intended
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure all parties are kept informed of project progress and changes
- Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, process maps, use cases, and other relevant materials
- Create and present reports and updates to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Swiss working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Generalist knowledge about top floor and shop floor processes, data models, IT/OT architectures, and systems incl. Integrations
- Excellent Service Management knowledge
- Proven experience in pharma manufacturing processes
- Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict management skills
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- IT/OT experience is a great plus
