Salary & BenefitsWe offer competitive hourly compensation ranging from $12.30 to $19.01 per hour for this role, depending on skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, we provide a 10% company match on 401(k) contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, an onsite medical clinic, mental health benefits, paid sick leave, and generous paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs a Restaurant Ambassador (Host), you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Maintaining accurate wait lists and managing table reservations through software applications.
- Seating guests at clean and properly maintained tables, ensuring they are greeted immediately by their server or bartender.
- Organizing and setting tables and chairs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensuring all equipment, tools, and working areas are safe, clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
- Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly trainings to stay up-to-date on operational updates and knowledge.
- Maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, including floors, walls, restrooms, and windows.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned within the restaurant operation.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 6 months of previous restaurant experience preferred.
- A pattern of regular, prompt, dependable attendance required.
- The ability to handle pressures while delivering superior service to guests.
