We are currently seeking a highly skilled Trading IT Delivery Team Leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 persons and managing a portfolio of systems used within the gas and power trading businesses.
- Main Job Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 8-10 persons, approving their time reports, absences, holidays, etc.
- Ensuring the appropriate staffing of your team according to Trading IT guidelines, which shall include both internal and contract resources.
- Planning and reporting the activities of your team, managing your delivery team backlog and prioritizing activities according to IT and business inputs.
- Acting as a third line support for issues affecting systems in your perimeter, ensuring availability and aiming to resolve all incidents according to the agreed service levels.
- Managing any third-party suppliers within your perimeter and according to contract.
- Coordinating configuration and change requests, as requested by business stakeholders.
- Providing management level reporting of your backlog and support tickets.
- Contributing to projects that are managed across delivery teams.
- Working closely and cooperating with other delivery teams from within Gas & Power Trading IT and the other IT/Technology teams within Trading IT.
- Enforcing governance and standards, including project approvals, technology standards, testing and quality assurance, and so on.
- Staying informed of market/technology developments relevant to the scope of work.
