Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic portfolio management plans, leveraging advanced analytics and insights to drive business growth and optimize portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, driving scalability and strategic growth for the organization and our retail partners.
- Lead the development of our Self Care Strategic Portfolio Management roadmap, focusing on optimizing global to local data management, defining our portfolio map, and driving consistent brand portfolio price architecture across multiple regions.
- Provide critical inputs to shape the strategic portfolio management solutions, ensuring they are scalable and drive strategic growth for the organization and our retail partners.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Products industry, with a focus on Portfolio Management, Category or Customer Strategy, Customer Business Development, Category Insights & Analytics, and/or Shopper Insights & analytics.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to empower and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to craft category and brand strategy, unlocking new growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt category & brand strategy to sales teams and customers.
- Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
- Direct customer sales experience in CPG is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of omni retail customer store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics preferred.
