About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Financial Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Capco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping our clients mitigate financial risks, including liquidity, investments, foreign exchange, interest rate exposures, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients identify, assess, and evaluate financial risks, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
  • Develop response strategies and provide reporting to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their treasury and financial risk management needs.
  • Collaborate with other consultants and practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banking or consulting, with a strong understanding of treasury, balance sheet management, funding, liquidity, treasury operations, and financial risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into structured reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management and business analysis tools.
