Business Technology Analyst

ROLE:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Collect and document requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders to reach consensus on solution alternatives.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Work with sales teams during proposal phases, providing insights into solution capabilities.

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Certificate in Business Analysis is a plus.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience in requirements analysis and business process documentation (e.g., UML, BPMN).
  • Knowledge of enterprise computing (programming languages, networking, data centers, infrastructure, cloud, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and a strong business and technical vision.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex ideas.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Availability for travel.
