Senior Process Engineer for Carbon Capture and Utilization

Holcim, a leading company in the cement industry, is committed to reducing its carbon footprint. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in carbon capture projects. He/She will be responsible for developing and managing CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) projects, working closely with our corporate CC function and country organizations.
The successful candidate will participate in the full project lifecycle, from early stages to execution, and will propose safe, innovative, and optimized solutions to reduce CAPEX/OPEX costs. He/She will also identify and manage process interfaces with existing facilities and execute process engineering on projects.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical process engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in carbon capture projects. The ideal candidate should have technical leadership experience in CCUS concept development, project scoping, and project bid proposal evaluation.
He/She should also have manufacturing background in the industrial gas production industry, petrochemical industry, or similar. Additionally, he/she should possess strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to interact with different levels in the organization and with people abroad.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Language SkillsFluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
