We are seeking a skilled Sr Associate Scientist QC Microbiology to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Bern. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the validation and transfer of various test methods and perform routine release and stability tests for new materials in the clinical and commercial phase. You will also be involved in the identification of microorganisms and perform laboratory duties to support department objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Support the lead scientist in leading a team of laboratory technicians and scientists in a highly collaborative environment.
- Training and Qualifications: Support training and qualifications of team personnel.
- Planning and Release: Perform timely and cost-effective planning and release of samples at required cGMP level resulting from operational activities, stability programs, and monitoring.
- Lab Events and Investigations: Support timely and effective completion of lab events, investigations, and CAPAs related to OOS and non-conformances.
In this role, you will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
