About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Richemont International. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing timely and results-oriented legal advice to support the activities of our Maison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial and contract law, to support the business needs of our Maison.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft various legal and commercial documents, including agreements, contracts, and other legal instruments.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and support functions, to identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and other external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial and contract law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-bar qualification experience in providing legal advice in an international environment.
  • Proven drafting and negotiation skills, with experience in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with German and/or French a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
