Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Strategy Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our Global Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it is aligned with our business goals. You will partner with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners to design and implement reward programs, policies, and communication strategies that drive engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Training and Communication plans for Rewards-related topics.
  • Lead Merit Bonus, LTI, and Open Enrollment planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and pay-for-performance methodology.
  • Define and communicate the Employee Value Proposition from a Total Rewards standpoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Support projects and initiatives within the broader Global Total Rewards team.


Requirements:
  • BA, BS, MA, or MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM Certification.
  • Global experience supporting Compensation & Benefits with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards.
  • Strong Communication and Analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • English language business fluency.
