Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of facilities and infrastructure at our Swiss manufacturing site.

This role involves overseeing critical facilities equipment, driving strategic projects, and ensuring smooth operations through reactive, planned, and predictive maintenance.

The position requires hands-on experience with facility maintenance, as well as strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple facility-related projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a maintenance-related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility equipment.
  • Hands-on mentality, capable of executing and supporting tasks during project and ramp-up phases to ensure success.
  • 3-5 years of experience with CMMS, preferably SAP Enterprise Asset Management or an equivalent system.
  • Experience in ISO13485, FDA, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Training or experience in Lean 6S, Six Sigma, cost reduction, OEE improvements, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
