We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining global supply and demand across multiple renewable products and agricultural commodities.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of biofuels markets, geopolitical developments, and economic theory. You will work closely with our biofuels team to align on trading strategies, develop in-house intelligence around major sustainability developments impacting demand, and provide long-term analytics for renewable fuels trends out to 2030.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the agricultural trading industry, and possess strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, or environmental science.
Strong data processing and analysis skills, with experience using trade data, data visualization tools, and statistical data modeling software.
Coding skills (Python, SQL, VBA) a plus.
