BDO's Transfer Pricing Practice is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and development of our Transfer Pricing Services, while collaborating with our international network of firms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations and private equity firms.
  • Conduct complex functional and risk analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Design and review Transfer Pricing policies and structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Support corporate clients in Transfer Pricing project management and implementation, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Assist in tax audits and dispute resolutions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary projects, collaborating with colleagues from various departments to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Train and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure their growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative tools and methodologies relevant to Transfer Pricing matters.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or Law, with additional tax-specific qualifications.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing, either in industry or professional services, in Switzerland or abroad.
  • Proficient English and German, with French as an asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage client portfolios effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
