Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team at proaxia consulting group. As a Senior SAP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers' organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level support for SAP users in various countries through ticket-based systems.
  • Offer 3rd level support for SAP standard modules, custom adjustments, and proaxia products.
  • Conduct detailed problem analysis (debugging, customization) to develop solution proposals.
  • Implement small projects and change requests in response to specific customer needs.
  • Manage data and system administration.
  • Maintain customer relationships for support topics.
  • Regularly analyze and report on ticket data.
  • Foster the growth of junior team members.

Your Profile

  • Hold 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Supporter.
  • Have deep knowledge and experience in Logistics and SD, MM modules.
  • Be fluent in English and Polish.
  • Display an open mind focused on excellent customer service.
  • Be open to learning new modules and processes, with a readiness to broaden knowledge and go deep into details within our solutions.
  • Exhibit high-level communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Have experience with MS Office.
  • German would be an asset.
