Responsibilities:- Assess, design, or develop potential changes to our platforms.
- Maintain and provide support for agency trading derivatives applications (LionX, LexiFi).
- Collaborate with other software engineers in Agile teams assigned to the project.
- Build deployment pipelines and establish end-to-end testing environments.
- Develop reusable patterns, minimize non-essential complexity, and encourage innovation to enhance team velocity.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar majors.
- Exceptional programming and design skills in Java.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and application lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and preferably Angular.
- Familiarity with scalable, low-latency systems and other requirements related to trading financial products.
- Experience with distributed systems, messaging, event-driven software, and Kafka development is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems using technology.
- Familiarity with containerization, microservices, and automated test frameworks.
- Experience with Java 17, MongoDB, VertX framework, or OCaml is a plus.
- Fluent in English, and knowledge of French is a plus.
- Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
