In this role, you will be part of the HR Payroll team and support various activities, including off-cycle payment runs, payroll runs, and bank transfers.
Your responsibilities will include handling withholding tax, AVS, and third-party invoices, as well as generating reports using SAP.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving payment-related requests, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring payroll-related inquiries are responded to.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn new processes and technologies, and a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and social security.
