Research Focus: Artificial Intelligence in Antibody Discovery
The Computational Structural Biology laboratory at IRB is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to develop and apply artificial intelligence (AI) to the study of immune response, leveraging large language models (LLMs) for antibody discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply novel AI-based methods, including large language models (LLMs), for antibody discovery
- Collaborate with the research team to design and implement AI-driven research projects
- Contribute to the development of state-of-the-art research facilities and infrastructure
- Participate in regular scientific meetings and conferences
Requirements
- PhD in Computational Sciences, Computational Biology, or related fields
- Expertise in AI development and application, including large language models (LLMs)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience in structural biology
