Research Focus: Artificial Intelligence in Antibody Discovery

The Computational Structural Biology laboratory at IRB is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to develop and apply artificial intelligence (AI) to the study of immune response, leveraging large language models (LLMs) for antibody discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply novel AI-based methods, including large language models (LLMs), for antibody discovery
  • Collaborate with the research team to design and implement AI-driven research projects
  • Contribute to the development of state-of-the-art research facilities and infrastructure
  • Participate in regular scientific meetings and conferences

Requirements

  • PhD in Computational Sciences, Computational Biology, or related fields
  • Expertise in AI development and application, including large language models (LLMs)
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience in structural biology
