BioTalent are partnered with a ground-breaking biotechnology company based in southern Switzerland, specialising in biophysics drug discovery and research and have a passion for their people and culture.

We are supporting them with their search for a Project Leader responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams, both internally and at CROs, for the progression of large molecule, pre-clinical projects from hit identification through to pre-IND.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Defining and implementing project strategies for assigned projects, using your immunology/oncology expertise.
- Presenting progress and recommendations to various stakeholders including the Leadership Team, Scientific Review Committees, and investors.
- Build and lead effective partnerships with CROs ensuring optimum productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with biology, pharmacology and DMPK scientists to guide compound design.

**You will bring the following**:

- PhD in a biological discipline with 10 years of drug discovery experience.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary NBE drug discovery projects across drug development phases.
- Proven track record of collaborating with external partners and consultants.
- Good experience with pre-clinical projects within the inflammation and oncology therapy areas.
