Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Analyst to join our Technology and Operations team. As a key member of our Strategy and Transformation Office, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategic agenda for the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the T&O organization.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.
  • Contribute to organizational design projects, including analyzing and recommending improvements to structure and processes.
  • Help manage cost-related aspects of strategic projects, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic goals.
  • Promote and facilitate the adoption of new methods and practices within the T&O teams.
  • Assist in challenging and refining existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field; experience in wealth management is a plus.
  • Exposure to organizational design, cost management, or strategic planning is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Power Point and Excel, with experience in creating reports and presentations.
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
