Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled FX Dealer to join our Zurich office. The successful candidate will have proven dealing/trading experience and exceptional sales skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of corporate clients executing a range of different financial products, including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management.
- Upsell Ebury's broad product capabilities to ensure a best-in-class client proposition.
- Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg.
- Collaborate with a large, successful sales team to assist in business origination.
- Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industries to provide the best solution for their situation using Ebury's large product suite.
- Understand competitors' capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury's solutions.
- Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling cross-selling multiple relevant products, and increasing wallet-share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings.
- Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.
Requirements
- Possess first-class communication skills.
- Speak fluent French and English.
- Have 1-2 years of FX dealing experience or dealing experience of other asset classes.
- Have experience working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank selling to mid-size corporates.
- Be able to develop FX strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
- Be a skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
