About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DMS Technical Consultant to join our team at LIONSCOUT GROUP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing cutting-edge document management solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement DMS solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead and manage projects or sub-projects for customer implementations, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific solutions, including integration with databases and Windows server systems.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external product specialists and software developers to create tailor-made solutions.
Requirements
  • Completed IT apprenticeship or higher education in an IT-related field.
  • Experience with databases, particularly SQL Server, and Windows server systems.
  • Knowledge of DMS system implementation is a plus.
  • Scripting experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (oral and written).
  • A proactive, independent approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for learning, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to deliver results.
