We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for the Industrial Project Logistics department, leading and managing the IPL team worldwide, and overseeing the financial aspects of IPL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies for the IPL department
  • Lead and manage the IPL team worldwide
  • Oversee the financial aspects of IPL

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of carriers specializing in heavy and oversized cargo transportation for global infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing team performance, staff allocation, and resource planning to meet project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in project cargo operations, general and OOG cargo logistics, and 5+ years in a managerial position within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Deep understanding of international shipping, supply chain management, customs regulations, and global trade practices
  • Knowledge of aspects of international logistics and transport
  • Strong negotiation techniques, presentation skills, and networking abilities
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency

Languages: Fluent English; other foreign languages are an asset.
