Was Sie tun werden
  • Die Weiterentwicklung der Lean-Kultur in der Produktion vorantreiben
  • Lean-Projekte durchführen und unterstützen
  • Qualifizierung und Sicherstellung des benötigten Know-how durchführen
  • Trainings und Workshops für das Produktionsteam durchführen
  • Koordination der Lean-Massnahmen innerhalb der Organisationseinheit
  • Begleitung und Anwendung der eingeführten Methoden innerhalb der Division
  • Strukturierte Analyse und Definition von Aktionen zur Effizienz- und Produktivitätssteigerung
  • Sicherstellen der qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben von Verbesserungsvorhaben
  • Engagierte Mitarbeit an der Erarbeitung des Aktivitätenberichts und der Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Daten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Standorten der M-Industrie
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittel Industrie mit fundierter Erfahrung im Lean Management (Six Sigma, KAIZEN & TPM Prozessmanagement)
  • Deutsch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
  • Französisch (von Vorteil)
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche, konzeptionelle und analytische Denkweise sowie effiziente und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse der Lean-Methoden und-Prinzipien
  • Hohe Motivation und Überzeugungsstärke
  • Kenntnisse von IT-Tools wie SAP und Microsoft Office
