Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Lonza. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Small Molecules business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage HR projects, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and apply them to our business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
