We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Badrutt's Palace Hotel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee payroll integration, travel cost and expense management, and fixed assets management.
  • Coordinate financial reporting to the Chief Performance Officer, including financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal controls, and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure smooth audit processes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with 5+ years of experience as a team manager.
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting standards, including Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Pragmatic and result-oriented mindset, with a habit of keeping a team in perfect condition to deliver and thrive.
