Accounting Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership. A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in full responsibility of accounting and 5+ years as a team manager, is required. Proficiency in Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards, including consolidation, is essential. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of internal controls and compliance, as well as fluency in French and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable accounting functions, including people and delivery (Swiss and French Accounting)
  • Oversee payroll integration and travel cost and expense integration
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Chief Performance Officer
  • Coordinate audit activities and maintain compliance with applicable legal, fiscal, and accounting norms
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Chartered Accountant
  • 10+ years of experience in full responsibility of accounting, 5+ years as a team manager
  • Proficient knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards, including consolidation
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance
  • Fluency in French and English
