Role Overview
">As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Comparis, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic sales planning, business development, and customer relationship management.
">This role requires a deep understanding of SAP platform and solutions, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the SAP product and services space.
">Key Performance Indicators
">- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, driving growth and increasing revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring successful customer outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP platform and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, MDG, and related technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex SAP Transformation services, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of successful sales experience in the SAP product and services space, selling complex SAP Transformation services, with at least 4 years managing large-scale enterprise SAP projects.
- Expertise in SAP platform and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, MDG, and related technologies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell complex solutions and roadmaps to diverse audiences, including C-suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions driving continuous improvement in the sales process.
