Senior QA Validation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Validation Expert to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the validation and qualification of our equipment, facilities, and processes meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement validation and qualification strategies for new equipment, facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with EU and FDA GMP regulations.
- Oversee the qualification activities, including approval of qualification documents and process validation activities.
- Collaborate with the Qualification/Validation team to ensure seamless execution of validation and qualification activities.
- Provide coaching and support to other QA experts on validation and qualification activities.
- Ensure that Change, Deviation, and CAPA records related to Qualification and Process/Cleaning validation are in full compliance with internal requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences (Engineering or Life Sciences).
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent, with experience in managing a small team of experts.
- Mastery in the field of Validation and Qualification with good knowledge of Statistics and related regulations.
