Medical Affairs Director for Cardiovascular Innovations

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Medical Affairs Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa to lead our cardiovascular innovation efforts and drive business growth.
About the Role- Develop and execute medical affairs strategies across all relevant Business Units in EEMEAC, driving innovation and improving patient outcomes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with regional experts, including proctors and healthcare professionals, to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Review and prioritize Investigator Initiated Studies, providing expert support and guidance.
- Inform and shape regional strategy, balancing engagement with external stakeholders, including HCPs and health policy experts.
- Lead the development of related systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense management, ensuring effective operations.
- Set overall EEMEAA medical affairs strategy, optimizing processes and assessing needs.
- Analyze complex issues, develop mitigation strategies, and present recommendations to executive-level leadership.
- Provide expert medical and scientific support to teams within the region and globally, including Medical Affairs, Publications, Clinical Development, and more.
- Ph.D. or M.D. or equivalent preferred; experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry a plus.
- Proven track record in building medical affairs organizations, developing stakeholder relationships, and leading successful projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with high discretion and judgment.
- Expert understanding of cardiovascular diseases and therapies, with ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
