Job Summary:

The Business Performance Analyst will contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Define business and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users.
  • Gap Identification: Analyze business processes, gaps in technology capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
  • Report Generation: Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues.
  • Tax Project Coordination: Coordination for UAT, Training activities, implementation of Tax projects/initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Relevant experience in business analysis and systems/data analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Domain Knowledge: Business knowledge in banking/financial domain (Tax domain knowledge is an advantage).
  • Technical Skills: Understand Oracle Relational Database and its Objects.
