">We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Interior Design Strategist to join our team at Upscale Interiors AG. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founding team on all business-relevant topics and learn how to develop and build a company.
With a strong entrepreneurial drive and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for supporting the founders in strategically important key projects. You will take ownership of and manage your own projects in different fields, including business development, online marketing, product, sales, operations, and human resources.
Your primary focus will be on improving our product and helping us grow rapidly in the market through thoughtful market and user behavior analysis. You will also support the management in business development efforts and develop offline sales events, including corporate and in-store designer consultations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of business administration, economics, or a related field. A digital native with very good English and German skills, you will be able to work independently and have an insane work ethic. Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A. / B.Sc. / Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the founders in strategically important key projects
- Take ownership of and manage your own projects in different fields
- Improve our product and help us grow rapidly in the market
- Support the management in business development efforts
- Develop offline sales events, including corporate and in-store designer consultations
- Create strategies for business growth (offline and online) with clear targets and timelines to completion
Requirements:
- B.A. / B.Sc. / Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Digital native with very good English and German skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Insane work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
