Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Cabin and Optional Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the development, qualification, and certification of aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of System and Lead Engineers in the development of aircraft systems
  • Plan and coordinate system development, qualification, and certification activities
  • Coordinate development activities with other engineering teams
  • Ensure system designs meet technical, functional, and regulatory requirements
  • Review and check design data, requirements, and certification documents
  • Write and update documentation to support the team
Requirements
  • University degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years relevant aeronautical engineering experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing a small team
  • Minimum 2 years' CAD user/reviewer experience
  • Proven supplier management skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Aircraft or Helicopter certification
  • English - verbal and written at a minimum B2 level
