You will be responsible for empowering your team to navigate complex issues with confidence, while promoting a proactive and inclusive approach to compliance and decision-making.
We seek a candidate who is passionate about creating the future of healthcare, adept at strategic oversight, and able to inspire teams to excel in dynamic environments.
Main Duties:- Performance Oversight: Establish and execute clear performance objectives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Digital Ethics & Compliance Officers across the region.
- Compliance Enhancement: Foster a collaborative environment where data protection, AI governance, and privacy practices are continually reviewed and enhanced to meet regulatory requirements.
- Talent Growth: Cultivate a culture of growth and excellence, providing strategic guidance and support to Digital Ethics & Compliance Officers.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Play a key role in building an open communication culture among Digital Ethics & Compliance Officers, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
- Process Advancement: Champion ongoing improvements in data protection, AI governance, and privacy practices, infused with a spirit of innovation and foresight.
- Risk Mitigation: Lead a forward-thinking risk management approach, proactively evaluating digital initiatives for potential risks.
Your Expertise:
- Degree in Law, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Desirable specializations include data protection, privacy law, AI regulations, or digital ethics.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Substantial background in performance management, including experience in setting and achieving performance metrics.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, enabling you to motivate and direct teams toward success.
- Experience in project management, with a talent for implementing efficient processes and driving operational excellence.
- Established expertise in data protection and privacy laws, as well as a willingness to explore AI governance.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and with diverse teams in a complex, global organization.
- A strategic mindset, equipped to see the larger picture and drive transformation.
- Fluency in English is essential, facilitating effective communication across our global team and with international stakeholders.
